Does it hurt?

There's no pain involved in the process of getting a permanent piece of jewelry. The welding process is completely painless.


Do I need an appointment?

Yes, appointments are required for the process, and a non-refundable deposit is necessary to schedule your appointment. 

How long does it take?

Each appointment generally takes about 15 minutes, which includes time to select the chain, custom fit , and weld it.


What materials are used?

Different providers may use different materials. We choose to offer options in solid 14K gold, gold filled, and sterling silver. Custom metals and materials available upon request.


What if I need to remove the bracelet?

If you need to remove your permanent bracelet, you can simply cut the jump ring used to weld the chain together with a nail clipper or sharp scissors.


What if I need to get an X-ray or MRI?

It is recommended to consult with your doctor if you need to remove your permanent jewelry for an X-ray or MRI. We offer a re-welding service for a fee of $25 if removal is necessary


Do you offer repairs or adjustments?


Repairs and re-welds are offered, with prices starting at $25


What happens if it breaks or gets lost?


We guarantee all of our welds, If the piece is broken at the weld on the jump ring we will replace at no charge. If the piece is lost, a replacement will need to be purchased


What if I change my mind after getting Linked ?


All sales are final once the chain is custom fit, cut, and placed on you for welding.
